Iguazu to Bahia Blanca
First thing`s first - for all of you who complained about me not posting pix of the falls, here you have a panoramic view of the falls from the Brazilean side. Of course I`ll fix the colors when I`m back home, but in the meanwhile, that`s supposed to be enough.
Our second day in Iguazu started with rain, just like the first. We left our lovely hostel (after they promissed to give us another room when we`re back), and got to the Argentinean national park.
As you can see, it was really beautiful there. We took a rubber boat trip to the falls, and it was breathtaking. A recommended experience for everyone. They also have walking paths that take you practicaly almost under the fall, with its tremendous power. Yaeli got scared, so I went there alone, and of course it was really funny loughing at me because I was all wet.
Next morning we went walking to the 3 borders, a meeting place of the borders between Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.
Nothing much to do there, but it was a really nice sunny day, with butterflies all around (and on) us.
That same afternoon we took a flight to Buenos Aires, and from there a night bus to Bahia Blanca. That`s where my family lives.
Since that moment on, all we do is chew, meet relatives (an activity involving more chewing), and sleep. Nothing more. Of course I had the pleasure of going to the stadium and see River Plate lose to the local team, which concludes a wonderful week.
OK, that`s all for now. I have to go and eat some more (learnt a few new asado tricks last night...).
Hugs and kisses,
Gaby
